FOUNDER . PRICIPAL . ADVISOR
I built a
$1B+ business
without a complicated strategy.
That was the point.
I built Southern Africa’s largest independent beverage business to $1B+ in revenue my own brands alongside a PepsiCo franchise without venture capital and without a complicated strategy. Then I exited for nine figures. The same principles are in every business I touch today.
The digital economy
changed the tools.
The rules stayed exactly the same.
I built physical businesses for two decades — a PepsiCo franchise, my own beverage brands, retail operations across Southern Africa in markets where there was no hiding behind a funnel. Either your supply chain held or it didn’t. Either your team could run the floor without you, or the business stopped when you left the building.
We didn’t have complicated strategies. We had a small number of things that had to be done properly, every day, at every level. Margin discipline. Stock management. People accountability. The basics. Executed without compromise. That’s what scaled a business to $1B+.
Then I watched the digital economy mature. Founders doing $5M, $8M, $12M dependent on their own presence, unable to step away, unable to exit making the exact same structural mistakes I watched brick-and-mortar businesses make. But with one extra problem: they’d replaced discipline with complexity. New tools. New frameworks. New strategies every quarter. The fundamentals ignored.
Different industry. Same disease. Same cure.
“They didn’t have a strategy problem. They’d replaced discipline with complexity. That’s the real disease
and I’ve seen the cure work at $1B+. It works at $3M too.”
I've built it.
Owned it. Exited it.
Now I’m in the room with you.
My entry point wasn’t a laptop and a Stripe account. I built Southern Africa’s largest independent beverage business from the ground up a PepsiCo franchise combined with my own brands scaled it to $1B+ in revenue, and executed a nine-figure exit.
Today I run Next Digital working directly with founders to restructure their businesses, build the systems that let them scale, and prepare them for growth, acquisition, or exit. I invest in UAE real estate through Next Capital. MIF Holdings is my family office: 40+ companies across geographies and asset classes.
I sit on boards. I advise at the principal level. I take positions in businesses I believe in.
What I don’t do is sell frameworks to people who aren’t
ready to execute them.

Four Ways in.
One standard
for all of them.
Every engagement is selective. I don’t take on volume, I take on the right situations, where my experience is directly relevant, and the principals are serious about outcomes over appearances.
Principal-Level Board Membership
Not a name on a letterhead. Active input at the ownership level, governance, capital allocation, leadership decisions, and exit readiness. Retained annually. The perspective of someone who has built, owned, and exited at scale, not studied it.
Companies with $10M+ revenue at a turning point, capital event, leadership restructure, or a board that needs someone who will say what needs to be said, regardless of internal dynamics.
Remove. Scale. Exit.
Three problems. One engagement. I work directly with founders to take their name off the critical path, build the structure that lets revenue grow without their daily involvement, then position the business for the exit they actually want on their terms, at their timeline.
You’re doing $3M–$12M, and you either can’t step away,
can’t scale further, or can’t see a clean path out. If any one of those is true, you need this.
Capital, M&A & Business Restructure
I come in as a principal with capital, operating experience, and the network to execute. Not a broker. Not an adviser on retainer. A partner with skin in the game.
Owners with businesses worth acquiring or restructuring. Founders who want a real exit, not a managed decline. Groups looking for a capital partner who has actually built and sold at scale.
Keynotes & Collaborations
What it actually takes to build a business that outlasts its founder is discipline, the basics, and the structural decisions most people avoid until it’s too late. No motivational theatre. A $1B+ track record behind every word.
Serious stages and serious shows only. If your audience has built something real, the conversation will be worth having.
The talk your audience
will still be
thinking about next week.
Keynote Speaking
Built for stages where the audience has already made money and wants to know what serious founders actually do differently. Not inspiration. Hard-earned intelligence with a $1B+ track record behind every word.
Podcast Collaborations
If your audience are investors, founders, or leaders building for the long game, this is a conversation they’ll still be thinking about a week later. Reach out with your show and your audience size.
The Ethical
Entrepreneur
I built a $1B+ business and exited for nine figures. This book is what I actually learned, not the version that sounds good on stage, but the one that explains why most businesses stay small, stuck, or dependent on their founder long after they should have outgrown them.
A case for integrity, disciplined execution, and the conviction that how you build matters as much as what you build. Written for founders playing a longer game.
The code I
don't negotiate
with anyone
These aren’t values on a website. They’re the commitments I’ve held through nine-figure exits, market failures, and the slow work of building something that lasts.
Integrity Over Optics
No manufactured urgency.
No inflated claims. Business
built on deception doesn’t
compound it collapses.
Ownership of Outcome
Results are traceable to
decisions. Own the decision.
Own the result. Everything
else is noise.
Basics Before Brilliance
The businesses that win
master five things and do
them without fail every
day, at every level.
Service as Foundation
Every business that lasts
solves a real problem. When
it becomes about the
founder’s status, decay
starts.
Stewardship Over Status
Wealth is a responsibility
before a reward. I build for
what I leave behind —
people, families,
communities.
People Before Process
Culture isn’t an HR exercise, it’s whether your team holds the standard when
you’re not in the room.
If you’ve read this far,
you already know
if this is for you.
Tell me who you are, what you’re building, and what kind of conversation you’re after.
